Mandate: To facilitate the corporatisation and annual audit of first acquisition, comprising 4 office multi-site law firm with bolt on acquisition.

Deliverables: Implemented internal controls and internal processes to ensure accurate, recording of data and delivery of meaningful management reporting into PE Group finance function.

Multisite Dental Group - Debt-funded buy & build roll-up:
Mandate: To develop a financial model to secure debt financing to support a 12 month, buy and build strategy for group of 10 dental practices leveraging shared finance and operational platform.
Annual Revenue: circa £7m-£10m.
Deliverables: Implemented a centralised finance function and monthly management reporting across the group focused on cash flow metrics.
