Switchboard manufacturing for data centres (USA)
Mandate: Develop a bottom-up financial forecast model to support a strategic equity sale to an NYSE listed corporation.
Annual revenue: c. $18m
Deliverables: Built a project management database to analyse revenue recognition and measure deferred revenue for the forecast. Modelled operating assumptions for the investor deck and data room. Led pre- and post-closing transaction diligence alongside the company’s advisers.
Manufacturing & distribution - MBO readiness
Mandate: Restructure the finance function and streamline multiple operating entities into a single company in advance of a leveraged MBO.
Annual revenue: c. £2.5m
Deliverables: Built a five-year, three-statement forecast model to support debt restructuring. Prepared and ran the financial data room to facilitate external funder due diligence.

Deliverables: Documented AS-IS manual finance and stock processes, designed the TO-BE automated workflow, and initiated implementation of an integrated stock system (Cin7) and accounting platform (Xero)

Mandate: Implement corporatisation and the first annual audit of the initial acquisition: a four-office, multi-site law firm with a bolt-on acquisition.
