Multisite Dental Group - Debt-funded buy & build roll-up:

Mandate: To develop a financial model to secure debt financing to support a 12 month, buy and build strategy for group of 10 dental practices leveraging shared finance and operational platform.

Deliverables: Implemented a centralised finance function and monthly management reporting across the group focused on cash flow metrics.

Switchboard Manufacturing Business (USA-based)

Mandate: To build out a bottom-up financial model to support a Series A capital raise.

Annual Revenue: circa $8m [projected forward $17m].

Deliverables: Created a project management database to analyse revenue recognition and measure deferred revenue of ongoing projects relevant to the financial model.
