Mandate: To develop a bottom-up financial forecast model to support a strategic equity investment/sale.

Deliverables: Created a project management database to analyse revenue recognition and measure deferred revenue relevant to the forecast model. Modelled the business financial assumptions to support the investor pitch deck and data room. Led the pre-closing transaction diligence working alongside the acquiree transaction advisors and transaction implementation team.

Cleantech Manufacturing & Distribution Business
Mandate: Implemented the restructure of the finance function streamlined multiple operating entities into one company in anticipation of a leveraged MBO.

Deliverables: Built out a 5-year forecast model to support the debt restructure, prepared and executed financial data room for funder due diligence.

Mandate: To implement the corporatisation and annual audit of first acquisition, comprising a 4 office multi-site law firm with a bolt on acquisition.

Deliverables: Worked on multiple issues in parallel including resolving a historic VAT issue with HMRC, prepared complicated WIP valuation models and incorporated a post year end bolt on acquisition into the business.

Multisite Dental Group - Debt-funded buy & build roll-up
Mandate: To develop a financial forecast model to secure debt financing to support an 18 month buy and build strategy to create a multisite group of 10 dental practices leveraging a centralised finance and administration function.

Deliverables: Implemented a centralised finance function and setup monthly reporting structure to administer fee sharing with dentists and to manage cash flow across the group
